What a ride so far! - And photo dump!
So I finally sat down to update this blog and it's a wee bitty out of date!
We have had a crazy run so far with a lot more to come! Starting with our Live show "Ashes of verdant light" streamed live at Venue 13 during the Edinburgh Fringe festival, or our stall & gaming demo at Lochcon in Fife!
Quickly followed by our whirlwind visit to Tabletop Scotland where we meet up with Steve of the D.I.C.E project and our feathered friends Rookery Publications and sat down to enjoy a demonstration of their game "Dark deeds" (yes we bought a copy)
Our Head GM Craig is still appearing on the YouTube Cyberpunk Red actual play under the awesome GMRUNSGAME - check it out if you don't mind some past watershed language from yours truly!
We also took part in a great online chat with Thomas from GMRUNSGAME and that is certainly new ground we are breaking into! watch this space!
alongside our usual spread of One-Shot events we have launched "Roll for Adventure: A Fun Intro to Tabletop RPGs" a short fun chance to dive into the TTRPG hobby without any stress. look here for further details.

If you have been following us on social media you will have seen our hints at all the work we have been doing at Urban Arcane HQ.
We are super excited to say we have finally launched UA: Level Up.
Urban Arcanes' mental health and wellness chapter.
We are huge advocates for the importance of positive mental health and wellbeing. We believe that having a creative outlet, safe spaces, opportunities to socialise with like minded people and the chance to get a well needed refresh is vital.
With that in mind we are proud to offer:
Valkyries - our Women-led ttrpg group which will run twice a month.
Chat & Play - a relaxed gaming meetup that blends socialising with playing tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs) or board games
Revive Retreat - we blend expert massage therapy with a geek-friendly atmosphere, creating the ultimate wellness escape for gamers, creatives, and anyone seeking physical and mental rejuvenation.

Beginners Night - The Studio
.The first beginners adventure day went pretty damn good - thanks to the Edinburgh crowd who made the trip!

Slayers Take - Nerdvana Event
Fun slightly chaotic but on brand Urban Arcane style game last night.
100% survival rate plus the mission was (sorta) successful (I must be losing my touch)
Great to meet new faces and hope to see you all again soon.

Dragonbane -Nerdvana Event
