I started playing TTRPG back in the ancient times of 1989 and was made GM not long after.

 I moved from an interesting pre teen interpretation of Runequest onto warhammer fantasy roleplay 1st edition which we sorta read the rules this time, I then moved on to D&D red box and later AD&D in my later teens and been hooked ever since. 

I discovered the World of Darkness during the '90s and fell deeply into vampire the masquerade and the other game settings. 

All this gave me the sense of creating stories and improvisation rather than hard rules as written. 

 

He is also a member of The League of Free Agents - A Free league Publishing games community play organisation.

I totally welcome beginner players and look to make every player feel welcome at my table.

Where newer to the world of RPGs, starting in 2018 I was quickly thrown into the hotseat when I offered to take over from our 'forever DM'.

Now I am heading up our Valkyries - all female gaming group and I also offer 'one page adventures'. I have a full DBS check, allowing me to run junior events including school workshops.

I am a badass Game Mistress who spins epic tales, brings NPCs to life, and keeps players on the edge of their seats. Whether it's high-stakes battles or deep roleplay moments, I try to make every session unforgettable—no railroads, just pure adventure.

 It is also my job to manage behind the scenes, balancing the wild energy of creativity with the precision of organisation. From handling logistics to keeping everything running smoothly, along with Craig I ensure the magic happens—without (too much) chaos taking over!

We are happy to have James join the team as Gamesmaster and behind the scenes support! He is an award winning comic writer with over 30 years of games master experience ranging from Vampire The Masquerade to Paranoia and all the madness in between. He is the walking nightmare made flesh, who will bring an energy and excitement to the table, a natural fit that balances the team.

Multitalented he also plays guitar and sings for his band 13Scream go check them out!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I just drop in? 
Unfortunately due to the nature of the business we are not always hosting in The Studio. If you would like to arrange a game, meeting or visit to the space please drop us a message and we will be happy to arrange that for you. 
Can I bring guests or children to my booking?
Unless previously agreed with your UAG Games Master guests are unfortunately unable to spectate any of our bookings. This is to enable the players to fully immerse themselves in the experience we provide. 
Children are unable to attend any of our events or bookings. 
Unless we are hosting an advertised 'junior event' our games are generally classed as 18+ due to either content or adult language. 
What do I need to bring?
All you need is your imagination and enthusiasm. We will provide character sheets, dice and general bad jokes
What facilities do you have?
We have tea and coffee makers plus a selection of cold drinks at very reasonable prices. 
Toilets are right next door and a modest kitchen. 
Local takeaway and shops are right outside in the carpark!
